RAC Business Customer Case Study - Detect Fire and Security
The RAC introduced the Universal Spare Wheel in response to the increase in callouts to vehicles with a puncture but no spare. Approximately 9 out of 10 new vehicles no longer carry a spare wheel, which can be a problem for a business such as our customer Detect Fire and Security, who found the RAC universal spare kept them on the move. Now every RAC patrol carries the universal spare wheel.
